Ecologist & Climate Strategist
Nichole Reed is the founder of Reed Nature & Climate Solutions with 10 years of experience in soil health, restoration, and climate change research. From quantifying land management impacts on USFS restoration trajectories to assessing drought effects on USDA grazing lands, Nichole bridges the gap between scientific knowledge and practical solutions to help managers create climate-resilient landscapes. She is passionate about stewardship and sustainability, integrating ecological research, climate and Earth system modeling, and time-tested land management strategies into conservation plans.
